Inaugural Release to Wine Club! Growing the Dijon Clone 667 in the Carneros region of Sonoma Valley, where San Pablo Bay’s cooling and often powerful breezes come ashore, provides ideal growing conditions for Pinot Noir and results in small clusters that are late-ripening. The result is fruit of intense structure, spiciness, and deep cherry flavors and aromas. This wine is elegantly rich and shows little influence from oak other than the structure and stability that barrel aging provides.
