This is a fresh, fruity and crisp white wine which pairs really well with many foods from
salty, hard cheeses to sushi, Thai and Mexican cuisines. Ripe, seasonal fruit flavors are
finely balanced with crisp acidity to form its complex mouth-feel and clean finish. It is
recommended that this smoothly refreshing Chardonnay be served lightly chilled to
allow you to enjoy its harmonious aromatics.
Although Sangiovese is most famous as the only component of Brunello di Montalcino and the main component of the blends of Chianti and Montepulciano, among others, we have found that it also makes excellent wines in California's Mediterranean climate. This wine is stylistically true, expressing classic characteristics of strawberry, cherry and spice.
