Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. For summertime shipping, all orders include icepack inserts and we use UPS and Fedex expedited 2 Day Air shipment methods to ensure safe delivery of your wine. Orders must be directed to a Business Address or FedEx hub. We will not replace heat-damaged wine if the preceding actions were not taken. Please email email@example.com if you are unsatisfied with your wine shipment and we will remedy the situation accordingly.
Returned orders will be charged a $15 reshipment fee.
